6 months of my 2024 spent working on this absolute dreamboat of a job. “Too much” was almost not enough, wrapping on this job felt like waking up from a perfect dream. Thank you @lenadunham and @attawalpa for creating the most magical story, and the most magical set to work on.
Feeling immensely lucky to have worked with the most formidable cast, so talented, so loving and SO hardworking.

This little gem of a film that we made last year was supposed to come out next week, in something like 19 countries.
Its release was an opportunity to show with pride what the independent film business is able to do with little money when a bunch of talented and passionate Cast & Crew come together !
I know some of my film fellows are thinking of changing career cause, after years of what was already an uncertain path, this fucking pandemic crashed any glimpse of hope for a stable life.
And I'm telling you, hang in there. Take a break (i mean, you have to take a break cause there is literally no work in film now). Then start again. Cause the need for movie magic never dies. And we are luckier than many many many other people who are struggling way more than us. Cause, (amongst other things like having a roof on our head) we can always escape the real world every time we step on a film set. And we can have the illusion that our life never stopped, every time that we watch online a film or a tv show that we worked on.
This film is gonna get out there at one point. And it will warm hearts, and it will give laughters. And it will give thoughts and memories. Like it did to the people who, in January 2019, came together to make it.
