“Ruby Room is one of the most magical places I’ve ever stepped foot in. This is where I found my confidence as an artist, producer and engineer. Without Ruby Room, there’s no way I make a beat that ends up on a Curren$y record. That’s all Ruby Room sounds on that record between the Rhodes and the Juno. More importantly though, my favorite memories will be the Cyanide Syndicate group project sessions with Nacho, Keybord. Key Nyata and and Sango — I think those sessions embodied everything Ruby Room is about: community, connection, and camaraderie. Elan and Nima have curated a one-of-a-kind space that enables anyone who walks through those doors the opportunity to grow and expand on their craft. I know that everything Ruby Room stood for at the old location will stand true at the new location and then some. I’m very much looking forward to working and growing with artists at the new space.
