✨ Festival & Awards Update ✨
It’s been a really special couple of weeks on the festival circuit, and I’m feeling incredibly grateful.
🏆 Still as a Tree received Best Debut Short at the Bridge of Peace Online Film Festival in Paris. A heartfelt thank you to the festival team for the recognition and opportunity — it truly means a lot.
🏆 Over the weekend, both Still as a Tree and The Art Thief were selected and screened at the Romford Short Film Festival, with Still as a Tree also winning an award for Best Cinematography! Thank you so much to Spencer and team for welcoming the films and offering the platform to share our work. It was a dream come true to have our work shown on the big screen at the beautiful Lumiere Cinema.
🏆 And next week, The Art Thief will be honoured with an Honorary Award for Efforts in Social Filmmaking at the Activists Without Borders Film Festival in London. I’m genuinely thankful for this acknowledgement and the chance to be part of such a meaningful event.
These awards are testament to the hard work and talent of both crews. I couldnt be happier of what we have together achiever.

I’m still buzzing at having our work recognised in this way. This was a team effort for everyone involved and thanks so much to ALL cast, crew, post team and anyone else who helped out in any way with either of these films!
What an incredible shoot! This music video is easily the most fun I’ve had behind the scenes on a project before. The craziness just never stopped! Everyone gave it their all and more!

To everyone who supported our crowdfunding campaign, thank you from the bottom of our hearts. Although we didn't reach our minimum goal, every contribution is truly appreciated. @rubycornwall_film has sketched some concept art for the film, including testing concepts for how to make fake crushed snails, building the set, and bringing to life the key points of the story as she first imagined it from the script!
