Well it's been a year! Stopped my instructor journey after realising it wasn't for me, just in time to break my toe! Luckily I found a regular mindfulness practice that kept me from drowning with the restrictions affecting what I could do with my body. Introduced mobility work, injured a shoulder and got in some reformer pilates! Looking back all I can feel is grateful to be able to move my body in whatever way possible. We should not take it for granted! Happy New Year e hoa mā!

I've seen others incorporating reo Māori into their classes but haven't been up to the challenge until this Te Wiki o te Reo Māori. I covered a class on Tuesday night and actively incorporated kupu Māori and it was awesome! Won't be waiting a whole year to do that again 🔥 Here's just a taster...
