I had so much fun styling the Barns at Abbey Farm for their Spring Showcase weekend. I opted for a fresh colour palette of peach, yellow, moss green and crisp white. Using the caterpillar table formation and adding ceiling drapes to demonstrate just how versatile this stunning space is.

TEXTURE & TEXTILES //
This was a dreamy setup to create. I chose a crisp white color palette, and used fabric layers and textures to soften the dramatic architecture of the barn. Metres of soft chiffon were used to create the ceiling drapes and ruffles along the long trestle tables.
The candlelight reflects perfectly through the glassware, providing a soft glow. The overall effect is romantic, glamorous, and sophisticated—perfect for the modern couple.

Public speaking has never come easily to me, but I recently embraced the challenge as a guest speaker at the Lincolnshire Tourism and Business Conference.

People sometimes ask me why I enter the The Wedding Industry Awards (TWIA), and for me, the answer is simple.
Being self-employed can feel isolating at times, but TWIA gives me a genuine sense of belonging. I feel part of a massive team of ambitious, courageous, and incredibly talented people.
Attending the awards night is like a big staff party. It is a wonderful opportunity to catch up and celebrate with suppliers I’ve worked with throughout the year, as well as those I have admired on Instagram and finally get to meet in person.

It may have been a cold, foggy December day outside, but inside Worksop College, the atmosphere was light, bright, and filled with flowers.
Styling a wedding at Worksop College was everything I had hoped for. The scale of the rooms and the history of the building was so impressive. It was an absolute pleasure working with Isla and Tom to bring their vision to life in such a stunning setting.
