Some dreams take years of quiet work before the world finally gets to see them.
Incredibly happy and proud to see @roopeshpeethambaran 's next directorial venture step into the light 🎬✨
Here’s to stories that move people, courage that survives uncertainty, and the magic of beginning again.

This is a story that started 4 years ago…
An effort to make women more aware of their health — to educate, support and encourage them to make fitness a regular part of their lives. @woman_athon
And despite the fact that the person whose brainchild this is, is my very own, I did everything I could for the last 3 years to not turn up for the event.
Till today, that is…
And I was mind-blown.
Over a thousand women. From participants in their 70s to the youngest one who is just 1½ years old. The sheer joy, enthusiasm and vibe of the place was not something I had anticipated.
@smilingrunnermom - Lachu, I always joke that you were born with an Eveready battery backup. I’m always proud of the amazing goals you chase — but today I was moved by how much you truly inspire people.
So, so proud of you.
And to the organising team — Reena, Rupalee, Priya, Merlin, Haasitha, Lavanya and others (apologies to the ones I am missing here) — amazing work, guys. 👏✨

For those of you who are getting riled by the promos of Kerala Story 2: Please do yourself a favour and watch the press meet organized by the makers of the film— it’s accidental comedy at its finest.
The film is called Kerala Story, and yet the stage is filled with women from everywhere except Kerala. Not one.
When questioned about this, then comes the masterstroke from the director: “It spread from Kerala,”
Sir, you’re confusing cinema with a virology briefing. That’s Nipah virus you’re thinking of.
Anyway, I sincerely hope the compensation package was generous. Because selling narrative is one thing. Selling credibility is quite another.

There has to be an unreasonably high, clinically questionable level of madness to sustain some friendships for 30 years
We met as kids… then came spouses, kids, and all the other crazies we collected along the way.
Still here. Still nuts. Still us.
Cheers to the next 30 years 🥂
I was born into a family so large, it spills across an entire village.
And I belong to a generation where patriarchy — with all its baggage — was accepted as normal for far too long (and still quietly lives behind many closed doors).
At our annual family festival, Paana Chattam is a playful ritual — young boys and men dancing around the kalam, setting the energy before Vishnumaya’s pooja begins.
Girls never joined.
Not once.
Until this year.
My nieces and cousins danced. Laughed. Owned the space.
And the biggest surprise?
The elders approved.
My father (who wasn't present at the time) even called and Congratulated them.
Sometimes change (the good kind) creeps in quietly.
I am quite impressed with the men in my family.
