Construction is in progress at 142 Main Street in Brockton, MA. This project, in the heart of Brockton, is the renovation and adaptive reuse of a five-story historic office and retail building that will create 30 new residential units (20 affordable) and retail space at the ground floor. We’re thrilled to partner with Causeway Development LLC, Davis Square Architects, and GC Consulting Group on this project!
We’re excited to announce that our project at Harbor Community Health Center - Plymouth is complete. Harbor Community Health Center - Plymouth provides kind, caring, and affordable medical, dental, behavioral health, pharmacy, and social support services. This phased and occupied 10,000 sq. ft. renovation project increased medical exam rooms, behavioral health space and retail pharmacy space, as well as updated the reception and waiting areas. In all, the renovated space will greatly expand access to critical services at HCHC-Plymouth and be a significant benefit to patients and staff. The health center remained open and operational throughout construction with minimal impact to patients and staff requiring off-hours work.
