Does your massage therapist do #HYROX ? This was a journey.
Training started in December for me but really locked in this past month.
I did not have my best morning before my hyrox but that is okay and I am still proud of myself! I drove in past midnight from San Antonio to Houston. Woke up at 8am. Competed at 8:40am fasted. Ran an extra lap twice during the event on accident and spent 9 minutes in the rox zone.
I am so grateful to @raw_performancetraining for the guidance and to be able to make me feel ready and supported for this event. Thank you all!
