After a win in Saturdays race unfortunately things didn’t go my way on Sunday coming away with 3rd overall for the weekend and P2 in the championship. Our supported @betaaustralia Hard Enduro team rider @rubenchadwick lined up in Tenterfield, NSW last weekend for Round 4 of the Australian Hard Enduro Championship. Here is their event report: “Saturday’s technical prologue began under light rain, which kept the dust down but made the course slick with challenging obstacles. Chadwick got off to a flying start, grabbing the holeshot into the first corner and quickly settling into the lead. The demanding six-lap format played to his strengths, with clean, consistent riding carrying him to a first-place finish aboard his RR 300 RACE. Sunday’s main race brought dry conditions, and Chadwick once again led from the start. Midway through a tricky creek section saw him overtaken and despite pushing hard to close the gap, he was unable to regain the lead. Chadwick crossed the line in 2nd place, just two minutes behind the leader”. P2 for round 3 @austhardendurochampionship Got off to an average start on Saturday with a fifth place result in the 30min prologue race. For Sunday I regathered myself and made a few changes to the set up. I felt a lot more comfortable and rode consistent securing the number 2 position for the weekend. Our supported Beta Motorcycles Australia hard enduro team @betaaustralia and rider @rubenchadwick delivered a strong performance at Round 3 of the Australian Hard Enduro Championship in Hillston, NSW over the weekend. Here is their event report: “Saturday’s prologue challenged riders with a short, sandy and dusty loop stacked with man-made obstacles and rocky hill climbs. A slow start left Chadwick buried in traffic and on the tight course passing proved difficult. Despite the setback, he pushed hard to complete six laps in just over 30 minutes, finishing 5th. Race day brought a longer, more brutal track, packed with punishing obstacles that tested both rider and machine. Starting from 5th, Chadwick put his head down and steadily picked off positions aboard his RR 300 RACE. By the halfway mark he had forced his way into 3rd, before charging through in the final stages to make a decisive move into 2nd place. Chadwick now sits 2nd overall in the championship, keeping the pressure firmly on the title fight as the series continues”. Our supported Beta Australia Enduro Team @betaaustralia hard enduro riders @rubenchadwick and @bennynielsen_632 headed to Esk, Queensland, for Round 2 of the Australian Hard Enduro Championship at the Weekend. Here is their report on the event: “Riders were greeted with dry weather and frosty morning temperatures at a brand-new venue on the race calendar, aptly named Murrumba Madness. The technical and unforgiving terrain challenged competitors throughout the weekend. Saturday featured a short but demanding prologue loop, filled with rocky creek sections and tight technical lines. Ruben Chadwick battled closely with the competition and executed a well-timed pass in one of the few overtaking spots on the course. He held his ground and brought home a strong 2nd place finish aboard his RR 300 RACE. In the mixed Silver class, Ebony Nielsen put in a determined ride to claim 8th place, showing solid form ahead of Sunday’s main race. Sunday delivered near-perfect racing conditions for the main race. Ruben was second off the start line and quickly took the lead. Drawing on his extensive trials background and experience on similar terrain, Ruben thrived on the rocky creek beds and steep hill sections, extending his lead to 10 minutes by the end of the first lap, and a commanding 23 minutes by lap two. He crossed the line in 1st place, further cementing his dominance in the championship. Ebony also delivered a solid performance, pushing through over 4 hours and 20 minutes of racing in the tough conditions. She finished 17th in the mixed Silver class. After Round 2, Ruben Chadwick maintains his lead in the 2025 Australian Hard Enduro Championship standings. Ruben returns to the track for Round 3, the Dog & Bone Extreme, on September 20–21 in Sandy Hill, NSW. Ebony switches gears as she heads to Casterton, Victoria, for Rounds 7 & 8 of the Australian Enduro Championship. Erzberg 2025 has been an experience, happy to get on the front row this year for the main race but unfortunately didn’t come away with the results I was hoping for. Made some mistakes at cp14 loosing a lot of time and positions ending up in 25th position. I struggled on Saturday’s race with a bad start and had to push to make passes, which was tough with not being able to see in the dust. The Kosciuszko Killer lived up to its name, with extreme dry conditions and technical terrain testing both riders and machines.
