„After the Dust Settles“ @gallerysonder revolves around pressure, movement, and what remains once everything comes to rest. Layered pigments, compressed air, and carved stone surfaces.
Balancing control and unpredictability, the works trace a dialogue between erosion and construction, between geometry and fracture, between what is built and what resists.
I am happy to announce my collaboration with @vacheronconstantin . I have always been inspired by genuine craftsmanship, innovation and the pursuit of perfection. It is therefore a great honor to be able to work with Vacheron Constantin as an absolute pioneer and trailblazer in the deeply exciting and passionate world of art. Partnerships throughout history, such as those with the Louvre in Paris and the Metropolitan Museum Of Art in New York have repeatedly demonstrated the company’s comprehensive commitment to the art world.
Now, the 269-year-old watch manufacturer opens its new boutique in Munich.
Blurring the line between painting and sculptures, I have created new, unique artworks exclusively for Vacheron Constantin that are now on display in the new Boutique in Munich, Maximilianstraße 27, until September 2024. Thanks to the wonderful Vacheron Constantin team for this stunning project and the experience during the entire journey.

Made in California, where color feels elemental.
In his new series of sculptural work, Ruben Benjamin absorbs the chromatic language of the coast - oceanic blues and the soft blaze of sunset pinks. In Benjamins ongoing Fracture Series, polished marble cubes are chiseled open, revealing radiant fields of color where gesture and light become embedded in stone.
