Our Office Hours & Communication Policy To ensure we provide each of our clients with the highest level of attention and service, please note our office hours for all phone calls, emails, and text correspondence: Monday – Thursday: 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM Friday – Sunday: Closed for office communication As a full-service event planning and design team, our weekends are dedicated to executing events. During this time, we are fully on-site and focused on clients whose events are taking place. For this reason, Friday through Sunday we are only in communication with clients who have scheduled events that weekend. We are unable to respond to new inquiries or discuss future event details during these days. If you reach out to us over the weekend, we kindly ask for your patience and understanding. All messages will be responded to on the next business day, Monday, during office hours. We truly appreciate your cooperation and look forward to assisting you.
