Katie McCabe will be moving to pastures new after Arsenal confirmed that the Republic of Ireland captain will leave the club at the end of the season.
The Dubliner has made over 300 appearances since joining the north London club from Shelbourne in 2015, winning the Women's Champions League last year and the Women's Super League in 2019.
The 30-year-old's contract was due to expire at the end of the current season and with no agreement in place to extend it, speculation had grown that McCabe would not be retained.
In a statement on Thursday, Arsenal announced her impending departure and thanked McCabe for her service.
