I'm thrilled and honored to be running for the Actors' Equity Council as part of the @wearestageleft slate!
Swipe through to read my statement on why I'm running and what I want to accomplish if I win. Our duty as members includes taking the time to learn about the folks who are running to represent us on Council. It's a vital part of getting what we deserve - union leadership that works for us.
Ballots will be mailed out on April 22, but until then, follow along at @wearestageleft for updates from me and the incredible candidates alongside me.
And hey - does something in this statement speak to you? I'd love to hear about it. Drop me a comment below, or message me anytime.
Equity members, it's time for a Council that works consistently towards our needs and goals. As ever, I'm proud to run with @wearestageleft , a cohort of forward-thinking candidates who are already hard at work building a union that reflects its members. Check out the candidate statements at the link in my bio, and keep an eye on your mailbox - ballots are on the way!
TEN YEARS with Katie, the best snuggle buddy, adventure companion, and guardian we could possibly have asked for. Happy adoption anniversary, sweet girl.

-a van in Joshua Tree
-the cheapest motel I could find at 5am en route to see the total solar eclipse
-a random grocery store parking lot on the way back from the eclipse (not pictured)
-a state park @barbershopraga and I found by chance while trying and failing to see the northern lights
-a hammock on the hottest day of the year
-a crowded tent on the hottest night of the year
-the bed on our set during tech
-in my parents' house
-in a beautiful rental with beautiful people
-the state park again, but this time it's autumn
-a dressing room bathroom surrounded by boxes
-a friend's floor being gazed upon by a different friend
