Here’s everything we know so far about the upcoming hair care line by Grow-Good Beauty.
Grow-Good Beauty is trademarked by artist and entrepreneur, Belcalis Almánzar (Cardi B), and was launched in partnership with Revolve Group (RVLV).
Revolve handles operations and logistics for the Dominican-inspired, affordable hair care formulas, while Cardi B owns the IP for the brand which has been in development for over three years.
Grow-Good Beauty’s sold out “repair system” products include: a travel size “everything serum” (1.7 oz.), wash cycle & wash cycle+ “repair” and “extra repair” shampoo; and soft serve and soft serve+ conditioner, all in 10oz bottles, and a “get rich” hydrating hair mask ($19.99, 15 oz.), available exclusively on their website.
Note-worthy ingredients to look fwd to: Musa Sapientum, aka plantains, for hydration, moringa for lightweight shine, zesty bergamot
Some classic ingredients to expect: aloe, Persea Gratissima (avocado), eucalyptus, Cocos Nucifera (coconut), and rosemary
actual drop date: April 15 (grow-good “bday”)
Trademark alert: FiberLace, a proprietary formulation for sealing and smoothing hair.
The @growgoodbeauty pop-up in the BX showcased all of the care products that will be offered by the new line including serums and bundles, but we were shocked when @iamcardib herself, popped in to show her fans some love! Her glorious, natural hair was the star of the show, of course! 💚
