Because this muscle is connected to our shoulderblade, AKA the scapula, tight or shortened biceps can pull your shoulders forward, potentially contributing to a hunched back, neck pain, or lower breathing capacity. 🤳🏼 If you bend your elbow, your bicep flexes and becomes engaged. And if you think about it, we have it flexed all the time! Typing on the computer, using your phone, driving the car - our biceps can get stuck in this engaged position.
