I may not enjoy being among large crowds of people, but whitnessing this magical moment made possible by close to 9000 participants daily is truly life changing and inspiring.

1. The organiser obtained CAAT permit and organised this annual event over 40km away from the closest airport.
2. The release of lantern is monitored by the Fire Department to ensure public safety.
3. The laterns are then picked up by multiple cleaning team deployed by the organiser the following day to ensure no littering, no hazard and the event meets sustainability goals.
Warning to recreational drone pilots: Do not attempt. This is a commercial event. Only official commecial drone pilots Licensed by CAAT with special permit is allowed to conduct aerial filming. Any unauthorised use of UAS will be met with counter-drone solutions by the Royal Thai Police. The police had taken down close to 20 unauthorised drones during this event for public safety.
