The creation of RRAW Impact came from a dream of creating a space to celebrate raw self expression & inclusivity for all. A space to advocate & inspire authenticity, connection, empowerment, curiosity, creativity, & storytelling. Being your real-raw self free of judgments & societal pressures. A safe space to be seen, heard, & supported. To be wildly YOU.
Over the years with my own personal account I have received an abundance of love & support along with making amazing connections. From there I wanted to create a space where a community & movement made from people all around the world could receive the same kind of bonds with the encouragement to share life journeys, adventures, & passions. To plant seeds of self love, growth, & create a positive impact.
RRAW Impact embodies so much for me as it was brought to life from a dark period in my life. My chronic health was severe, the world was trying to heal from the collective trauma of the pandemic impacting everyone’s mental health, & I had encountered heartbreak from encountering narcissistic people. I felt truly broken & unworthy. That is until family & real friends reminded me of my worth & the positive impact I have on our world. “Fuck the users & fakes. Look at all those around the world who love you for YOU. Nothing & no one can take that from you. Not everyone has that.” BUT EVERYONE SHOULD. That became one of my missions.
The greatest achievement made from RRAW Impact has been to witness so many incredible souls coming together as friends, as a soul family. Thank you for showing each other true support, love, encouragement & empowerment. Thank you for advocating for each other & for yourselves to be real, open, & raw. Thank you for making a positive impact on all the lives you touch & our world. Always, my love & thanks.

low cal high protein sweet treat!
SO easy to put together and very customizable!
add your favorite berries/fruit, rice cakes for a nice crunch, biscoff cookie, drizzle honey and cinnamon onto it, add in chia seeds even!
so easy to make snacks & desserts taste good while still sticking with your nutrition goals!

I used 400g plain Greek yogurt
50g whey protein powder
and vanilla extract as my base!
each one measures out at 100cal, 18g protein, 4.5g carbs, 0.5g fats
adding in the extras will give you the healthy fats, more carbs and other macro & micronutrients you need for a well rounded meal!

✨ Started actively hiking in 2015 x leading women only hikes for another group
🏔️ founded @hikingonpurpose in 2017 to participate in Climb for heroes (coed), ironically, the purpose wasn't to start a hiking group...but requests came in.
❤️🩹 2020 began leading coed hikes (then I was sidelined for almost 4 years due to life/depression and an injury)
🌱 June 2024 made my comeback

💼 2025 became VP of WEE
🕊️ Ready to let HOP go to be all in with WEE.
👀 WEE invited HOP to partner: created a new vision and purpose for HOP. We Explore Earth: Women's Department
🏞️ 2026 Now we're here, right where it all started. Leading and encouraging women to explore, get out of their comfort zone and heal in nature together, one hike at a time.
With an amazing team of volunteers and women stepping into their creative flow and love for nature and community, we're continuing to build something special. A second wind...can't wait to see what we continue to create 💐

This is one of my most memorable photography moments and when I fell even more head over heels in love with it
It was my first time shooting my new Sony a7Rv and decided to go to one of my favorite locations and just “try” to even spot a bald eagle knowing my lens couldn’t carry the distance to fill the frame
Just seeing these raptors for the first time in my life was such an exhilarating rush … this is one of my favorite moments
And this is the shot: a bald eagle, fall foliage, amazing light … I can still feel this moment
