When your fur baby has caviar tastes, they deserve a custom Pooch Pad. 🐾
Super Exciting: @thevalelondon was featured in Elle Decor May 2026 alongside Hermès and Louis Vuitton. No big deal.
Every Pooch Pad is handmade to order, crafted with the same attention to detail as their textiles + wallpaper, and fully customizable in multiple sizes, because beautiful rooms should ALWAYS include every fur baby.
Congratulations to the entire team at @elledecor on a stunning new issue and that gorgeous cover. Thank you to @aspoonfulofbenjamin@stellenevolandes and @elk_elisa for the love.

Six years of pure chaos and we wouldn’t have it any other way. Happy birthday to our little Taurus baby Oliver — the most delicious, feisty, kiss-giving, never-sits-still love of our lives. We are so lucky you’re ours. 🐾♉️🎂
13 years married. Still traveling, still laughing, still getting wonderfully lost together. Here’s to every adventure still ahead. Happy anniversary, Sal. ❤️
We all love Peggy Guggenheim. That’s a given. But this one was a discovery.
Palazzo Grimani di Santa Maria Formosa is tucked away in the Castello district, and if you blink you’ll miss it. We almost did. What’s inside stopped us in our tracks. Room after room of 16th-century frescoes, stucco ceilings, marble colonnades, a Tribuna built to display one of the greatest private sculpture collections in Venice. Giovanni Grimani, Patriarch of Aquileia, essentially reimagined his family home as a Roman palazzo, and you feel every bit of that ambition when you’re standing in it.
That’s what I love most about places like this. You stop thinking about where you are and start thinking about who was here. What life looked like inside these rooms. What it meant to live surrounded by this kind of beauty as a matter of course.
It made me think of @caroline_lizarraga instantly. That same sense of intention in every layer.
If you’re in Venice, find it.

The last time I was in Venice I was 19, backpacking through Europe on a shoestring budget, staying in hostels. That was 32 years ago. This time was a completely different experience. The city is more magical than I even recalled, the color of the water, the warmth of the people, the sheer majesty of it all. Every corner, every canal, absolutely exquisite. So grateful to share it with my husband and two dear new friends. The perfect few days and a beautiful way to celebrate 51. And a huge thank you to the Gritti Palace for making it so extra special, putting us in an amazing suite and treating us like royalty.
The only true protest is beauty.
The inaugural exhibition at the new @fondazionedriesvannoten in Venice. Didn’t know quite what to expect and loved every bit of it. The juxtaposition of old palazzo and radical contemporary work is stunning. Perfect bit of culture on a birthday morning.
Another trip around the sun, starting my 51st year. Shedding the past, moving forward with open heart and mind, steadfast in caring for my Mother, my family, and honoring the ancestors.
Another year with my best friend and husband @mingy74 .

Benvenuto a Milano! 80° never felt so good especially after a miserable winter. A perfect start to a week of design, luxury, pasta, wine and a side of my birthday next week.

Twenty-five years into a career built on centuries-old techniques and an extraordinary imagination, @caroline_lizarraga keeps raising the bar. This year she takes on three spaces at the @sfshowcase her 8th showcase overall, and if you know her work, you already know the rooms are going to stop people in their tracks.
Caroline doesn’t paint walls. She transforms surfaces into living, breathing art installations limited only by gravity. Every inch is entirely by hand, deeply skilled, and completely one of a kind. @galeriemagazine@rimasuqi beautiful profile of her from earlier this year is worth every minute of your time.
Go see her work, support the Showcase, and support the designers lucky enough to have her in their rooms this year. @peruridesigncompany@tineketriggs@jeffreyneveinteriordesign

So thrilled to share this one. Our client @meghanjaydesign just landed a gorgeous Home Tour feature in Sheridan Road’s new issue; and it is every bit as beautiful in print as it is in person.
Meghan was asked to reimagine a classic Georgian in Glencoe for close friends, which is either a designer’s dream or a high-stakes game of trust. Spoiler: it was both, and she absolutely delivered.
Panoramic Isidore Leroy wallpaper in the dining room. A living room that balances traditional symmetry with commissioned contemporary art. A family room that somehow feels warm, architectural, and completely livable all at once. The whole house is a masterclass in blending two distinct aesthetics without losing the thread.
We are so proud of Meghan and so grateful to Dustin O’Regan and the team at @sheridanrdmag for giving this project and designer an amazing platform.
📖 April 2026 issue — on newsstands now.
Copper, fully booked and not taking meetings.
Curled up in his favorite spot, perfectly color coordinated without even trying, and completely unbothered by the day’s agenda. A masterclass in doing less and doing it well.
If there’s a lesson here, it’s this: find your place, make it yours, and don’t move unless absolutely necessary.
