Met Gamelan Gender today, a traditional Balinese musical form known for its layered metallophone sound and deep connection to ceremony, storytelling, and culture.
We had the chance to learn from Bli @akugilaaaaang , whoâs been playing since kindergarten, and it gave us a deeper appreciation for how much history and skill live within this music đ
This feels like the beginning of something meaningful. Me + Roy are excited to explore more Indonesian traditional instruments and learn how these sounds might be thoughtfully woven into our breathwork journeys.

There are moments in my career when i write a rap and get immersed in such a way that i feel elevated. Kinda like in the movie âsoulâ where he is in the zone and goes elsewhere. This was one of these times.

Someone told me lately âmaaaan... this sync rap thing isnât really who you areâ.
And I donât disagree
But just like actors, as artists we connect to narratives, we embody figures we want to be like, we act like superman as children, so why not do that as an adult??
Creativity has no boundaries, and if I can be an MMA fighter in my raps, I can be anything, And that is a part of artistry in my opinion
I can connect to a version of me and wake up a giant by Rapping about the king I know I am...
So maybe itâs not me... But maybe it is??
