ℹ️ A program of short works by Nick Liberatore aka royb0t, electronic musician and video maker.
🎁 The program includes a brief presentation, a selection of short videos as well as the premiere of a new work, and a limited-edition mystery gift for those who attend.
Liberatore’s video practice began by creating visualizations for his live performances during his two-decades-long participation in Chicago’s breakcore, industrial and experimental electronic music scenes.
His work is rooted in digital art, glitch and appropriation, exploring the sorrows and joys of plumbing our faulty and full memories, as well as the tongue-in-cheek pleasures of retro-cyber aesthetics.
