Hi I’m Roy and it’s been 5 hours since my last Adobe crash.

As many of you know, we recently went through the process of freezing my eggs and some embryos🥚👶🏻 I’ve been super honest about how much pressure I’ve felt around timelines: being a woman, having big dreams, wanting a family one day, and trying to make all of those truths coexist without losing myself in the process. For years, every time someone (with the best intentions) asked us when we were having kids, something in me tightened. I wanted to scream, because I didn’t know. I didn’t have an answer. And I didn’t understand why it was so hard for me to admit something so simple: although I definitely want to be a mother someday, I’m not ready for that dream yet. Not now. And that’s okay. But admitting that didn’t make the pressure disappear. It stayed in the back of my mind and eventually became a weight I couldn’t carry anymore. So I chose to take ownership of it. Thank God for science. Although it wasn’t easy, going through this process reminded me that no matter what, we do have options. This option is definitely not for everyone. And it isn’t a cheap one either (don’t get me started on this topic🤬), but the cost of my mental health was costing me much more before… One day I’ll be ready to chase my dream of being a mom. But for now, I’m happy right where I am, chasing my dreams… in my own timeline. Also HUGE shoutout to @royarwas who handled all the injections, logistics, and brought me breakfast in bed everyday (with encouraging notes). Not going to lie, I kind of miss being the patient 🤒😂

9 years of loving you. 3 years of calling you my husband. Forever more to go. I could write you a million love letters @royarwas and I’m realizing they will never be enough. Not even a film (yes I said it) could ever capture how lucky I feel to have found you in this lifetime. I love you. Always have. Always will…even when we’re ghosts 🥹❤️

They say who you marry is the most important decision of your life. Being married to you, @royarwas , has shown me why. Because of you, I’ve chased dreams I never thought I’d be brave enough to chase. I’ve taken leaps I once told myself were too risky. And the thing is, you didn’t give me wings, you helped me see they were already there 🥹 And so, you’ve proven that choosing the right partner isn’t about finding someone who completes you…it’s about finding someone who encourages you to become who you’ve always wanted to be, especially on the days you doubt it. I always tell you this, but I like to imagine that before we got here, we agreed to partner up on this project called life. That somewhere in a big cosmic boardroom, we mapped out everything we’d build together, everything we’d explore, and everything we’d learn from one another. I feel so lucky to be your partner in this life and I’d sign up to be your partner in any life. Over and over and over again. I hope 33 is as magical as you are, babush. Let’s go make every one of your birthday wishes come true this year. I’m right by your side to make sure they do ❤️

WHAT A WEEKEND. I can’t tell you how beyond honored we are to have won the Charlie Award at the @aafdistrict4 for our commercial with @gemmadryburgh . This project was born from the inspiration Gemma’s journey has given all of us. As a professional athlete, especially in golf, every single day requires Gemma to bet on herself. She’s constantly putting herself out there…competing, traveling to tournaments, pushing through the noise. And the noise is loud. Commentators, spectators, critics—all with something to say. But the reason Gemma has risen above it all is simple: she chose to listen to ONE voice. The voice that told her she can do it. And that’s the essence of this story. Thank you, Gemma for trusting us with it. Like all of Gemma’s wins, this one has been fueled by countless hours, sweat, and sacrifice. Gemma, and the entire cast and crew not only MADE this project possible, they made it great. We share this honor with each and every one of you, team. This is Part 1 of making my godfather’s dream come true: going home to Venezuela after 22 years🥹 For so long it felt like there was nothing we could do to get him back. But this dream taught me something…there is always a way. It just might not look how we imagined. So if we couldn’t take him to Venezuela… why not bring Venezuela to him?
