@royaaustin is a new Persian fine dining concept in Austin, Texas! as someone who has been heavily exposed to the Persian culture (ty bb @ali_sar3mi ) i went in to this meal with very high expectations. we decided to try the sofreh experience which is their tasting menu at $95/pp. the entire experience was so thoughtfully curated and i was really impressed with several of the dishes. this is definitely a spot you’re going to want to check out!
