My Mama, Monica Schwalbenberg-Peña, who I love so much. Queen of kindness, flowers, birds and art. Thank you for nurturing me and supporting me and loving me, just as I am.
I am incredibly grateful for you ♥️🥹♥️
This show is extra special to me for many reasons and I really hope everyone I know comes to see it. I’m so proud of what we’ve been able to make, I mean c’mon, It’s Lysol Tony-Romeo’s first time writing an original play, I get to direct it, and we’ve got a dream cast and crew. We were ambitious and I think it paid off. We didn’t shy away from intense subject matter but still managed to be tender and silly. like…REALLY silly. Which is so important! We open This Thursday so get those tickets and meet us at Eclectic Box SF. link in comments.
Happy 14 year anniversay, Lysol Tony-Romeo! You are the Scully to my Mulder, The Stevie to my Mick, the Xena to my Gabriel, the Mia to my Vincent, The Dolly to my Kenny…. the list goes on. I love you with all my heart and I can’t wait to see what we do next. To many many more years of being silly together 😘
@shortandtallproductions is very excited to feature the artwork of Charlie Gray in the promo for “Are you there, Luigi? It’s me, Margaret”; an original play written by Lysol Tony-Romeo and directed by me! Charlie’s beautiful watercolor pieces reminded us so much of the young-adult paperback novel covers from the 70s-90s that we knew their style would be perfect for this poster. Thank you, Charlie 💕
we open the show April 2nd and run for two weekends. Cant wait to show you what we’ve been working on 👀Ticket Link in comments #NeverLoseThePlot
It is no exaggeration to say the modern incarnation of the Bowie Church wouldn't exist without @roxanneredmeat ! As the lead dancer and choreographer of The Pretty Things, the original Bowie Dance Troupe and Greek Chorus, as well as the director of multiple early shows, we can't imagine any of this without her <3 got your tix? link in comments!
We’re so back 😎
Short and Tall Productions has been hunkered down dreaming up a brand new show and we are ready to share what we’ve been working on 👀 “Hello, Luigi. It’s me, Margaret” is a revolutionary Fan-Fic About America’s Most Wanted: Luigi Mangione. This original, non-musical stage play written by Lysol Tony-Romeo explores the questions on everyone’s mind: Did he do it? Was he acting alone? Was Mario involved? Join a grand conspiracy to activate the masses by committing murder and getting away with it! Can we #freeluigi? Or will they throw the book at him? Tune in to find out.
That’s a wrap on the first weekend of our Twilight Zone Parody series! I had an amazing time directing Nightmare at 20k Views. With a writer like Aimee Pavy to adapt the script and actors like Robyn Mack Lmt, Chadd Behavior, Derek Lozupone, Luis Paul Canales and Ned Hansen my job was easy. And fun 😁 I owe a big thank you to everyone involved and especially Dani Lancaster-Spinks for producing the whole thing. We’ve got two more weekends so grab tickets and join us in the twilight zone 🌀🚪👁️
Come celebrate the 23rd year of a San Francisco tradition...The Twilight Zone Parody Series!! This July 25-Aug 9th at @eclecticboxsf ! 🎫 🔗 In bio!
