{ SISTERHOOD }
A space where we each invite ourselves and one another to deeply connect with our wise, wild, warrior women within; a space in which we trust meeting each other eye to eye in love, honesty, and authenticity. -

I’ll lead with a bit of a confession here: I first showed up on the mats to train jiu jitsu over a decade ago. Not seriously or with any level of consistency, I stopped, not because I hated the sport, but because the mats looked nothing like this.
Don’t get it twisted, I enjoy the challenge of rolling with men, but there is *nothing* like when you find your community of badass women in combat sport.
Whether I’m “home” with
@raquelpaaluhi and my
@hybridjiujitsu fam, tangling with
@mylene_bjj @hondahosa and their badass community of
@rowdyrollers or traveling and connecting with my
@budokonuniversity warrior women, women in jiu jitsu are here to stay and I’m about it.
Lastly, if you train and you haven’t checked out Rowdy Rollers, give them a follow and come through! 🥋⚔️🖤I got rounds with stay-at-home moms and entrepreneurs, small business owners and executives; lighthearted and fun without all the “ra-ra girl power” nonsense that can feel extremely patronizing. Just sweat equity and good rounds with women from all schools at all levels ⬜️🟦🟪🟫⬛️ while supporting some great local businesses. 🫶
