A timeless bathroom doesn’t have to be a boring bathroom. When done right, it doesn’t just age well, it gets better. The kind of space you never get tired of, that feels as considered ten years from now as it does today.
This one started with the stone. That blush veined pink marble set the entire tone, soft, layered, quietly luxurious. From there, every decision flowed outward.
The zellige tile carries the texture up the wall, adding movement and dimension that plays beautifully against the stillness of the marble.
That tension between the handmade tile and the ancient stone is exactly what elevates a bathroom from beautiful to unforgettable.

If I’m designing a kitchen, there are four places I will always recommend you to spend your money. Not because they’re flashy, but because you feel them every day. In how the space functions, how it looks and how it makes you feel just being in it. 1. Cabinetry 2. Countertops 3. Plumbing fixtures & hardware 4. Layout/functionality
These are the upgrades that quietly elevate everything. Get these right and the whole kitchen rises with them. And yes, your home value will thank you too, but that’s almost secondary to how much better the space becomes to actually live in.

I could have played it safe with white walls and it would have looked beautiful. But I wanted more. More depth, more warmth, more of that feeling where you walk in and immediately exhale. So I chose grasscloth wallpaper instead, and it changed everything.
Grasscloth is one of my favorite ways to add texture and dimension to a space without ever leaving your neutral palette. It reads quiet but it’s anything but flat. With it layered against cognac leather, a dark fur throw, and that graphic black and cream rug, it becomes the foundation that holds every other element together.
That’s the thing about texture, it doesn’t shout. It just makes everything feel richer, warmer, and more intentional. Add in the tiger pillow, the sculptural lamps, the leather sling chair, and suddenly a bedroom doesn’t just look good, it feels like somewhere you never want to leave.

It’s been a minute since we’ve done a Listing Edit and this one was so fun.
The entryway is always the first impression so I knew I had to get it right. What I love about design is there are SO many directions you could go, and that’s exactly what makes it exciting and challenging at the same time. Discipline and staying focused on your vision is everything.
For this one, I wanted something clean and intentional, a statement that felt like it belonged, not like it was trying too hard. And that railing? Big change. Quiet confidence.
