🎉We have news! Our Lavender Chocolate and our new Summer Savory Chocolate have just won Silver at the Academy of Chocolate Awards in London, England. For artisanal chocolatiers like us - this is like winning an Oscar🏆.
The Academy of Chocolate (@acadofchocolate ) celebrates and promotes fine chocolate and fine chocolate making. To be recognized by them, along with the best chocolatiers in the world is very meaningful. Our Nova Scotia Lavender chocolate is featured in our Nova Scotia Collection Box and our new Summer Savory Chocolate is part of our Evergreen Collection. Nathalie Rousseau didn’t set out to solve a problem — she set out to fill a feeling. Together with her husband, Julien, a French Master Chocolatier, she built ROUSSEAU Chocolatier from the ground up in Halifax, Nova Scotia, driven by a shared belief that chocolate could be something more than transactional. The result is a luxury atelier that blends classical French technique with the flavours, ingredients, and stories of Atlantic Canada — from edible flowers sourced through local growers to chocolates crafted in collaboration with the likes of Benjamin Bridge Winery and Seafoam Lavender.
