The Roundtable 2025 reminded us of one truth: Readiness is not somewhere ahead of us, it begins here. We came as strangers, left as a village, and carried one conviction home: we start from enough. For one day, more than 1,200 of us practiced presence, named our small beginnings, and shared our convictions. To everyone who has been part of the rooms, the conversations, the planning, and the community, THANK YOU. We couldn't have done any of this without you. This isn’t an ending. Give yourself permission to be you.
To be a leader. To take up space. For too long, many of us have waited for someone to validate what God already said about us.
But you don’t need their permission. Give it to yourself! When people ask, “Why is she acting like a leader?”
Say it boldly: “Because I am.” You’re not called to follow what everyone else is doing; you’re called to lead.
Transformation starts with identity, knowing who you already are, then walking it out until others catch up to it. Start from where you are.

This feels like a full-circle moment for me, and the beginning of a new chapter. For the last couple of years, I’ve poured myself into building spaces where young people could find courage, clarity, and community, spaces that remind us we already have what it takes to grow, lead, and create meaning in the world. It is, at its core, what I’m called to do. That space became Limitless Club @join.limitless . What started as a small peer circle has grown into a living ecosystem: Chapters across states, hundreds of members, and a flagship convening, The Roundtable @roundtable_community , which now gathers thousands of young people each year for reflection, dialogue, and discovering collective purpose. Together, we’ve built something that sits at the intersection of community and programming, where leadership is lived more than taught.. and where you can truly belong. Today, I step into a new role as CEO of Limitless Club, leading this next phase of our journey, strengthening our foundation, expanding our Chapters, and deepening the movement we’ve built together. As I reflect, this moment is also a celebration of all the incredible people who have walked this path with me: our Founder, all my team members, our Community Manager, every Chapter Lead, every LC member, every hand that lifted this vision higher. Limitless Club has always been a story of “We.” None of this would be possible without the people who believe in what we’re building and build it with their hearts. I’m deeply excited for what’s ahead. I’m proud to share the appointment of Kamsi Asuzu-Obumselu (@kamsiasuzu ) as the Chief Executive Officer of Limitless Club (@join.limitless ) In recent decades, the institutions that once gave meaning and purpose have faltered - and young people are yearning for responsibility, optimism, and healthy prosperity. We built Limitless Club to meet that need. To bequeath young people with the tools, resources, and community to scale themselves and their impact on the world This is not charity. We take this responsibility very seriously! In 19 months, we’ve convened two editions of The Roundtable with 3,000 people, launched a series watched by over 500,000, and built six chapters across two states - proof of what’s possible when young people grow intentionally. Now, we’re entering our next phase - building Limitless into a full organization, focused on expansion, structure, and a deeper curriculum for growth. There’s no one better suited to assume the execution heft that this mission requires than Kamsi. She has been a cornerstone of the journey since day one, and there’s no one better to lead LC into what’s next! So, onward we go…
