None of what I do would be possible without moms - most importantly my own mom, but also all the amazing goat mamas that make our dairy possible and all the strong, loving, supportive women who have been bonus moms to me throughout my life. I learn so much about patience, persistence, unconditional love, and courage every single day from all the moms (human and goat) around me. And I would not be able to keep doing this work without the support, care and wisdom of my mom and the other mother figures in my life.
Happy Mother’s Day to all the moms out there!
The first batch of chèvre of the year is here! And boy is it creamy and yummy 😋
And the goats are starting to really produce so we’ll keep fresh milk stocked in the farm store!

The aging rooms are filling up with all the cheese made this winter, but cheesemaking will definitely be slowing down now that we’re days away from the start of a very busy kidding season! Cute baby goat content coming soon 😍
5 years of Round Table Farm!
5 years of making cheese, fine tuning recipes, and connecting with amazing customers and other cheesemakers all over New England. 5 years of grazing and observing and exploring this land. 5 years of chasing dogs and cows and goats up and down Jackson rd. 5 years of knowing the ravens, the woodchucks, the deer, the turkeys, and all the other critters in the neighborhood. 5 years of growing flowers and being surrounded by color. 5 years of watching strong mamas give birth to calves and kids. 5 years of growing into the amazing Hardwick community I get to call home. 5 years of the most humbling and soul-filling and challenging work I’ve ever done.
Thank you to every one of you who has supported me and this farm along the way. There’s no way I would be reaching this milestone without the help of so so many ❤️
There are two incredibly sweet new friends on the farm! Hazel and Nettle are joining the herd and are already in milk which means goat milk and goat cheese are coming soon!
The goats are getting lots of attention and cuddles in these last few weeks before their babies arrive! I can’t wait for kidding season, but definitely enjoying a little bit of the calm and quiet before the farm gets chaotic with goat kids everywhere
