Wow, @bootshoeflintham ! Exceptional cooking and presentation, wonderful setting, ace service and top marks for local sourcing. This was one of our favourite pub meals of the year so far. It was our final stop last Thursday. 👏
The homemade Beef & @cotehillcheese Pie was loaded with perfectly cooked beef, and the Market Fish (Sea Trout) with clams, ratté potatoes, lemon rind sauce and asparagus was a delightful citrussy treat.

Colin finished judging at the World Beer Cup yesterday – and it truly is a global event. Hosted at the Pennsylvania Convention Center in Philadelphia, this year brought together brilliant beer minds from across the world.
