Wishing the best of luck to the @bradfordcultureco team tonight at the Museums + Heritage Awards where ‘Wild Uplands’ is up for the Sustainable Project of the Year Award. Fingers crossed!
Nestled beneath the trees in a quiet corner of the garden is ‘Ornament’ - a playful installation on a quaint little Wendy house.
From 14th June - 5th July.
Install day at @freshairsculpture in the Cotswolds. I’m showing a new work - ‘Ornament’ - where the little wooden Wendy House is engulfed by a red and white striped inflatable form.
Fresh Air Sculpture opens on the 14th June in Gloucestershire, UK. See @freshairsculpture for more details.

‘Aesthetica Art Prize 20: Defining the Future of Contemporary Art and the show at Harrogate is called Perception.’ opened at @mercerartgallery last night. A great selection of works from the past 20 years. An honour to be shown alongside so many other wonderful artists. It on right through the summer and it’s free too. Well done @aestheticamag for a brilliant show and all the years supporting artists
I hardly ever have my work in galleries, so it’s quite a special thing for me to be part of the ‘Aesthetica 20’ exhibition at The Mercer Art Gallery in Harrogate. ‘Lantern #1 ‘ is on show as part of this celebration of 20 years of the Aesthetica Prize. It’s a great show with some amazing artists and it opens to the public tomorrow. And it’s free too.
Going a fair way back in the archive - this is exactly 17 years ago this week. An early test for ‘Fleur de Sel’ on Ullswater in the Lake District. The full work was installed in the Venetian Lagoon later that year.
