Meet Lotta 🦋
Familiar patterns of movement have helped her feel grounded, providing a constant as she’s spent her twenties moving across Europe for studies and internships.
Lotta feels most empowered guiding a group through a Roform sequence, sharing the joy of movement while fostering a sense of connection in an increasingly individualistic society.
Outside the studio, she studies political science and enjoys analog photography, petting dogs, and long dinners with friends.
