I am honored to join the @FountainHouse Board of Directors! My passion for mental health is inspired by my little sister Annie & her journey. Together we co-founded a mental health initiative called “Sharing The WELLth” focusing on careers & wellness strategies for people living with mental illness. Joining the Board of the national non-profit Fountain House is another way to double down on the mission my sister and I share as well as continue the relationship with Fountain House & it’s incredible community of people living with mental illness. ❤️🧠💪🏽🤗

This means everything!🥹❤️Thankful to honor my mom Patricia Gold with a Dream Court dedication in Queens NYC. A huge thank you to @pepsico @gatorade , the legend @nancylieberman , and @nlcharities for the partnership and the important work you do increasing access to healthy active lifestyles -one refurbished Dream Court at a time!! I grew up hoopin at parks like this in Queens & my mom drove us all over NYC & the country to play in tournaments. Everything good in my life I can trace back to my mom’s efforts and I’m so thankful we had the opportunity with @nlcharities to immortalize her love for the game & her girls! It was surreal to get shots up on this beautiful new court with my mother’s name on it and mine. I hope that kids and community members enjoy this special court for years to come & that it’s a home for wellness, growth, competition & joy! This court is for “the village”: all the parents, the coaches, the mentors, etc, who, like my mother, support the dreams of the next generation. ❤️🏀🙏🏽💪🏽 (yes that’s my mom getting shots up at the park back in the day! lol 🥹) #HendricksonAvenuePark

As part of Mental Health Awareness Month in May, esteemed guests will share their personal experiences of maintaining work-life balance and mental health, while achieving highly successful careers. The speaking event is followed by a Q&A with Fountain House members. Ros, an award-winning sports broadcaster, co-hosts the events while also sharing details of her own personal road to success. Past events featured a number of esteemed guests, including Chief Brand Officer of the New York Liberty, Shana Stephenson, Grammy-nominated Musician, Jidenna, President and CEO of Verzuz, Steve Pamon, and NBA All-Star Joakim Noah.
