Thank you so much to everyone who came along to my fundraising event at Craft Pottery last night! 🎨🫶 It was the loveliest evening full of creativity, community, laughs and support.
Together we raised an amazing £362.50 - every penny will make a real difference. I’m so grateful to everyone who attended, donated, and helped make the event so special. 💛

These behaviours aren’t isolated. They build up. And the impact can be life-changing. If you recognise any of these behaviours:
Jealousy
Unannounced visits
Unwanted gifts
Excessive contact
Tracking your location
You are not imagining it. You are not overreacting. You deserve to feel safe in your home, online, and in your relationships.
If any of these behaviours feel familiar, there is support available.

Real care doesn’t require surveillance.
If someone insists on knowing where you are, demands your location, checks your posts to see where you’ve been, or shows up at your usual spots without asking that’s not protection. It’s monitoring.
Location tracking can take away your sense of freedom, independence and privacy. It can make you feel watched even when you’re alone.

Staying in touch is normal.
Constant pressure to reply isn’t.
When someone sends message after message, expects instant responses, uses multiple accounts, or becomes angry when you don’t answer fast enough, the problem isn’t communication. It’s control.
Excessive contact can be overwhelming and emotionally exhausting.
It can isolate you from friends, interrupt your daily life, and create anxiety about “missing” a call or notification.

Presents can be lovely when they’re wanted, respectful, and mutual.
But unwanted gifts left at your home, workplace or with your friends can be a way for someone to maintain contact, pressure you to respond or ignore your boundaries.
If you’ve already expressed discomfort or distance, and they continue leaving things at your door, it’s no longer generosity it’s a tactic of intrusion.
You don’t have to feel grateful for something you didn’t ask for.
You don’t have to respond to a gesture that feels manipulative.
And you don’t owe anyone your time because they gave you a gift.
