I believe most of all in the sacred deep power of the Living Land, it’s bounty, it’s balance, it’s chaos, it’s grief, and it’s wrath. I am a deeply spiritual person because of this, but I am tempered the physical reality of Earth. I can be deeply spiritual and also be deeply rooted in reality, not denial. I am deeply spiritual and sober. I want to remain rooted here and now. I am deeply spiritual and believe in the importance of grief, anger, rage, and revolution. I am deeply spiritual and I don’t think everything happens for a reason, sometimes things happen that are just plain horrible and senseless. I am deeply spiritual and I believe that climate change is real - no “geoengineering” needed. I am deeply spiritual and I believe in the power and place of pharmaceuticals and the importance of vaccines, because both have saved my life. I am deeply spiritual and I believe in the power and importance of our trans/queer siblings. I am deeply spiritual and know that I live on stolen land. I am deeply spiritual yet I have been severed from my ancestry.
