Since being diagnosed with coeliac disease I’ve been paying almost £4 for the only bread I’ve found to like.
Last week I embarked on home made bread with the @theloopywhisk basic recipe
This week I bought a proving basket and look at today’s gorgeous loaf!
Tastes great, toasts lovely, doesn’t fall apart when you eat it, no E-numbers or additives and best of all I MADE IT!

Went to the Lotus Lounge in Clapham tonight - it was SO BUSY but the team was working so hard and literally running between tables!
Food was fab!
Would have liked a GF beer on the list but very tasty food!
We had sweet and sour chicken, salt and chilli chicken and beef and back pepper.
