Thanks to Craig Arnold and Manhattan Concert Productions for a wonderful experience last weekend with their premiere Composers Showcase at Carnegie Hall. It was great to work with @Ren é Clausen and Andrea Ramsey as we each conducted our works. The choir was fabulous!
The parties have resolved their dispute regarding John 1. No party admits liability. Going forward, “John 1” will be published and administered by Gentry Publications (administered worldwide by the Fred Bock Publishing Group), and IBC will continue to use the work pursuant to the parties’ agreement.
First up in our ACDA interview series is the outstanding composer and conductor, Dr. Rosephanye Powell! Listen in to hear Dr. Powell share about her upcoming residency at Lincoln Center in NYC this November, where she’ll be leading an all treble voice ensemble through her amazing repertoire. If you’d like to join this fun and powerful choral experience, head to the link in our bio or our Opportunities page on our website for more information! 📝
