• Train for stamina — long days demand strength.
• Perfect your walk. It's essential.
• Treat every casting as an opportunity, but release your expectations when it comes to booking. Every model isn't right for every job. A designer's collections change often, and you never know what a client wants that season. Do your best at the casting, then let the attachment towards booking the job go.

The intricate jewelry, the colors, the vibe… I feel so at home here in China. I’m honestly so proud of how these images turned out since I had three flights and nearly a full 24 hours of flying right before this photoshoot! I’m truly making magic happen in Chongqing, China ✨

I eat 80% food that's best for me and let myself indulge in the other 20%.
No restriction - just listening to my body.
I choose to walk over taking the subway or a car whenever I can and I LOVE pilates.
Making sure electrolytes are always accessible for me and adding them to my drinks has been a gamechanger for my mind and hydration levels too.
