We are still slowly processing this news, as it certainly was major news to us!
Being added to the Michelin Guide as a recommended restaurant was not something that we imagined was in the cards for us, but we could not be more honored to be included in the first southern inclusive version of this prestigious guide. Pretty wild!
We wouldn’t even be talking about this if we didn’t have such an incredible BoH team: Bryan, Rosalia, Sam, Shyanne, Ivelisse, Asa, Sandy…we make some pretty incredible things happen in our little *teenytiny* kitchen. Congratulations y’all 💛
And of course, thank you to our guests and our wonderful regulars that we see every day.
You make it possible for us and our team to make a living doing what we love, and (at the risk of sounding majorly cheesy) that is the greatest accomplishment of all. Thank you!!!

Meet Ryan (some of you may know him as the OG from Wilfie and The Wren!) and Chloe (a Chattanooga native!). They’re rad friends of ours who opened Rosecomb, a neighborhood bar and restaurant in Chattanooga, and recently found themselves on the Michelin Guide October 2025.
We teamed up with them to bring you The Spaniard x Rosecomb May 27th. We’re bringing some of that Southern charm to The Big Apple! Swipe to see some of the Rosecomb bites and cocktails we’re adding to the menu for one night only. SAVE THE DATE.

Tonight we’re filling our tank with a crunchy chilled red, open windows, a cool breeze, and a yap sesh with Asa at the bar.
Tomorrow we’ll be fulfilling our treat requirements with Luz Verdes, Margaritas, Carnitas Tacos, Esquites, and some other tasty lil items. More deets on specials tomorrow!
