Following Thursday’s trip to Glasglow I was full of inspiration for last night’s (Saturday) job with Granite City Events. Thursday evening saw an RCS Class outing to Glasglow in the Glasgow Botanic Gardens. I always love seeing the creativity of sound and lighting in a natural setting such as this. Summer 2019 was spent Volunteering at the World Scott Jamboree. I was part of the Live Stream Team- producing an online live Broadcast, ‘bringing the Jamboree to anyone unable to be at the jamboree’ we created news updates, weather forecasts, interviews and funny stories from across the campsite ready to be broadcast along with live interviews and anchorage on set at the Jamboree streamed onto online platforms and watched by thousands of scouts, parents and members of the public twice a day, every day at the jamboree. These were some of the best 3 weeks of my life spent with people from across the world using our expertise to provide a fantastic service to scouting.
