Grateful to have been part of the @upbeatparadisurbain event. It was my first experience modeling, and fitting the theme of unravelling pushed me to challenge myself, step into character, and fully embrace the outfit and energy behind it.
Beyond the fashion and performance, what mattered most to me was stepping out of my comfort zone, exploring something new, and being part of something bigger than myself for the cause of mental health and how deeply it affects all of us.
Peace đŤĄ

1000 BURPEES COMPLETED âźď¸
Mannn⌠all glory to the Most High đ¤˛; this might be one of my biggest wins yet.
I woke up debating whether to give myself âjust 5 more minutesâ of sleep (aka the classic excuse to skip the whole thing đ ). But then I remembered the promise I made to myself. Especially after skipping a few SundaysâI owed this one to me.
Once I stepped out, it didnât matter if I was late or early. What mattered was showing up and getting it done.
This isnât the kind of accomplishment you chase a trophy for. No need for claps or validation. This is the kind that makes you proud deep downâbecause you kept your word when it wouldâve been easier not to.
Much love to the whole squad who showed up; those who hit 500+, those who crushed 1000, and even the ones who went beyond that! @zu_365@limitless.mastery@core_cartel_fitness@llnicobless@alkalinejungleboy đŤĄđĽ

âThe path does not belong to the one who knows it.
It belongs to the one who walks it.â
One of my mentors from my neighborhood shared this with me, and truthfully⌠I donât see any other way.
Growth comes from walking through it.
The lessons, the pressure, the uncertainty, the work and of course the discipline!!
Step by step, the path reveals who you are becoming. âď¸
Credit isnât just about ego or status, itâs about recognizing impactâŚ
This interview felt necessary from the moment I started this journey with the teens. There are many Westhaven alumni we could highlight, however it hits different when itâs someone you grew up withâŚsomeone whose story youâve witnessed firsthand.
Born and raised in Montreal (NDG), Q came up through sportsâŚbuilding discipline, competitiveness, and community. But like many, he was also shaped by his environment, which led him down a path of street life, tough decisions, and periods of incarceration.
Today, his story reflects growth, resilience, and perspective. A full-circle moment, now in a position to give back to the youth in ways we once needed ourselves.
Shoutout to the teensâŚthey were phenomenal (pun intended đ) đď¸
This is @rootedwithmax
Busy professional. Decided to stop making excuses and start showing up.
1 year of consistent work.

Donât pull up if you canât hang!
That mindset applies to everything we doâŚjust like the saying, âIf you canât take the heat, get out of the kitchen.â I make it a priority to start my week strong with exercises that push me out of my comfort zone, helping me anticipate and handle any challenges that come my way.
Letâs keep these habits on autopilot, stay locked in and watch the growth take flight đŤĄ
Sitting down with @jamal_jackson_camgod taught me a lotâŚespecially the importance of being around greatness and rubbing shoulders with those who sharpen your craft.
It also reminded me that you can come from greatness and still have to work like your back is against the wall. And when working in teams, patience is keyâŚeveryone brings different strengths, and not everyone moves with the same hunger or timing.

Big shoutouts to @dukeeatmon1969 on his Hall of Fame induction for his contributions to culture, community, and peopleâŚtruly well deserved. His work and character precede him, and heâs never shy about letting others shine.
He showed that again tonight by bringing @natashamarie_tnt on stage for the first time at @galadynastie . Our interview touched on what you can expect from their performanceâŚhim paying homage to the late, great Prince, and Natasha stepping into a new chapter with the release of her latest project.
Stay tuned for the exclusives đŤĄ
Shoutout to @Nefertari and @Phenomenal for their focus, thoughtful questions, and presence during this interview đ
Thatâs what Soul P Teen Talk is aboutâŚshowing up, being intentional, and growing through conversation.
We had a great session with a fellow NDG native and former teammate, now coaching St-Luc to the provincials đ
From NDG to the pro level, and now pouring back into the next generationâŚthatâs the full circle.
Real stories. Real journeys. Real impact.
A real conversation with @forevernelles đ§â¨
I truly enjoyed sitting down with DJ Nelles and learning more about her journey, from breaking into the DJ scene to building her career while raising a family. Her story is a reminder that consistency, passion, and resilience always speak louder than obstacles.
Moments like this go beyond the interview⌠itâs about understanding the process, the sacrifices, and the mindset behind the growth.
Tap in! Interview is out now đď¸đĽ
Youâll enjoy this one.
