Love plants + have design sense? Want to build green spaces people actually fall in love with? You might be the one.
We’re looking for a Plant Stylist / Technician to join the root crew. You’ll be hands-on with plants, work on interior and exterior projects, and help us turn boring spaces into lush, livable ones.
【What You’ll Do】
▸ Work with live and faux plants – from styling to assembly and installation
▸ Read drawings to understand where greenery should go
▸ Create plant layouts that match interior design concepts
▸ Work onsite (outdoor included) – carry plants, move planters, get your hands dirty 💪
▸ Collaborate with our design team on creative outputs and project execution
▸ Maintain plant health and quality across projects
【What We’re Looking For】
▸ Genuine love for plants (you don’t need to be a botanist, but you should care)
▸ Able to understand technical drawings
▸ Approachable and patient, attention to detail, with good collaborative and problem-solving skills
▸ Hands-on and ok with physical work (lifting, outdoor sites, some mess)
▸ Fresh grads are welcome – we care more about attitude than years of experience
【Bonus (Nice to Have)】
▸ Experience with plant installations
▸ Knowledge of design tools (e.g. Adobe PS, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Canva, or hand sketching)
▸ An Arts & Design background or qualification
