We recently had the privilege to introduce turkey hunting for the first time to two NFL legends and it was a morning to remember!

25 Years ago on this day, Darcel and I tied the knot in the bustling town of Clio, MI. A few hours later we took the party and 400 of our friends and family to The Bavarian Inn in Frankenmuth and burned the place down until 2AM! A bunch of Beaverton Beavers and CMU alums know how to get it done!! It’s amazing to me how fast the years have flown by…and the memories we have together from those days in between are something we will cherish for the rest of our lives. I know people say it a lot…but I can’t imagine my life without her in it. She fills the room with smiles and is always up for a conversation…quite often actually. 😆 She’s the most incredible Mom…one of the cool Mom’s for sure. And boy does she love her sports, more than I do if that’s even possible. We met on a golf course over 27 years ago…and we still find ourselves on it, teeing it up together and watching Wes compete. I guess the old adage Darci’s sister Tracy said in her Matron of Honor speech in 2001 is true after all…”The ones that golf together, DO stay together.” Amen to that, and here’s to 25 more years of tee times!
