Don’t forget, it’s National Hedgehog Awareness Week, and there are some really simple ways you can help protect these amazing little animals and become a Hedgehog Champion:
• Open up your garden by creating a small hole in fences to form a “hedgehog highway”• Leave out supplementary food like crunchy, meaty biscuits and fresh water• Avoid using slug pellets• Create a wild corner where hedgehogs can shelter• Talk to your neighbours about doing the same — it’s easier than you think!

🏃 London Marathon ‘26 🏃♀️
Whilst capturing runners for St John on the embankment cheer point, there were a few other runners & moments that caught my eye! Some spotted me and struck a pose, others were bringing the energy anyway! It’s always fun looking back at these photos after an event and feeling the electricity of the day 🤩

It was great to head to London Marathon again last weekend with St John Ambulance to capture the runners taking on the challenge to support the vital work of the charity.
The atmosphere on the cheerpoint was electric throughout the day! It was lovely to be joined by those supporting their runners & fellow St John folk 💚

“A Citizen & Stationer … of London”
Really enjoyed becoming a Freeman of the City of London yesterday. Rumour has it I can drive sheep across a bridge into the City of London now 🐑 👀.
A tradition with origins stretching back centuries, the Freedom represents a connection to the historic fabric of the City itself. As a reminder of London’s enduring role as a centre of trade, civic life, and tradition, it carries with it echoes of a time when the rights and responsibilities of citizenship were closely tied to the life of the City.
To be admitted today is to become a small part of that long and evolving story, one shaped by generations who have contributed to London’s identity and global influence.
I’m deeply grateful for the opportunity to be included in that lineage, and mindful of the history and meaning it represents.

The @shutter_hub open exhibition is running from now until 2 April in the Alison Richard Building of the University of Cambridge.
Proud to have one of my photos from working with @stjohn_ambulance featured within the exhibition alongside 119 other international photographers! There are some incredible works within the collection.
@harveyhotdog & Co have done a fab job with the exhibition! Would highly recommend visiting if you find yourself in Cambridge, there’s loads of great images to browse & there’s a pop-up photo book library too!

From next month I’ll start teaching photography at Sawston Village College.
Working with the Adult Education team I’ll deliver a beginners and intermediate course over the next two terms, along with some Saturday workshops on more specialised areas.

From 19 January – 02 April 2026, the exhibition will take over four floors of the ARB building, transforming the space and covering the walls with hundreds of images.
