Roomy is a Vienna-based multi-disciplinary artist, scholar and DJ from Joburg, South Africa. Roomy's sound, rooted in the township electronic scene, is distinguished by a conceptual & scholarly curiosity mediated through African electronic music, specifically Afro tech, AfroHouse and Gqom. Their approach to curation produces a multi-sensory sonic experience, intentionally layered, and designed to be accessed through different senses.
