✨Introduction✨ Welcome to my little corner on the internet. My name is Ron and this is my story. I left behind my life back home in 2017. Nothing was fundamentally wrong. But I was unhappy and I wanted my life to be more. I didn’t know what “more” meant, but I knew I wasn’t going to find it back home. So I had to leave. I skipped university and “the system” and made up my own path instead. At that time, everyone I knew wanted to travel but they also wanted to be “sensible”. I wanted both. I wanted to travel and experience life, but I also wanted to build a business and be more successful than everyone else while I travel. I didn’t know where to begin, but I knew what I needed was more exposure in order to figure it out. I saved up a bunch of money for university, and decided to use it to travel instead. I worked on my business and traveled full time at the same time. For the first 2 years, I mostly backpacked. I’ve worked backpacking jobs, I’ve worked for free in exchange for accommodation, I’d meet people on the road and travel with them together, and I’d work on my phone on the bunk bed of hostels. Everything was terribly chaotic and confusing. But I wasn’t unhappy anymore. Intuitively, I knew I was on the right path. I just had to keep going through it and I knew things would make sense eventually. Fast forward, it’s been almost 7 years. I started when I was 22. I am on my last year of twenties now. For the most part, I am still on the same path. I still want exposure to life, and I am still highly ambitious. I am not where I want to be yet, but I am no longer confused like I was in my early twenties. I know what I want now. And I know that the “gap” between where I am and where I want to be is simply dedicated efforts in the right direction. I’m confident enough to know that if I keep trying, I will figure it out. Ultimately, what I want is simply a life I feel happy living in. Do things I love doing. Be with people I like being with. My Instagram account is really just me trying to document my life as it happens. Live life and write about it. The good, the bad, the lessons learned, and the reflections. That’s all I’m trying to do here.

I made these postcards at the beginning of the year. I picked this quote bc I wanted it to be my reminder for the year. I was planning to sell them / write to people but I haven’t had enough capacity. so I put them aside. it’s May now. idk if the message is too late. what do you guys think? should I put these up?
