To my Auntie Pop,
We’ve been through so much together. I’ve watched you fight battles most people couldn’t imagine — and never once did you give up. I’ve seen you smile through pain, pray through fear, and keep your faith when others would’ve walked away.
Even in those moments when you’d tell me, “I don’t know how to pray, what do I say?” — I’d remind you, “Girl, if you don’t just speak to the man!” Prayer doesn’t have to be perfect or polished. It’s not about fancy words; it’s about a faithful heart. God hears you when you speak from your spirit. He already knows your heart before you even say a word.
I’ll never forget holding your hand through the biopsy, sitting with you through chemo, or watching you face every challenge with such grace and strength. Even seeing your face when I shaved my hair off for you. You’ve shown me what real courage looks like.
Even though October has passed, the love, awareness, and strength remain. Every month is a reminder to fight, support, and stand together. Thank you for allowing me to do this for you! 💞
