In a little over 4 weeks, I’ve officially lost more than 20 pounds! 🙌🏾 I never thought I will ever record a number below 220 pounds!
This journey hasn’t been about shortcuts or quick fixes — it’s been about discipline, consistency, and choosing a healthier lifestyle every single day. Being intentional with my food choices and staying committed to exercising has made all the difference.
Some days were harder than others, but the results are proving that consistency really works. Still a long way to go, but I’m proud of the progress so far and excited for what’s ahead. 💪🏾🔥

Yesterday I surprisingly 😳 won two awards. About a couple of year ago the only “tick” “tock” I knew was the sound from my grandfather’s clock ⏰ !! Fast forward my students think I am more likely to become TikTok famous!

Over the weekend there was so much fun and pickleball at the “Nightmare at the Picklr” event at The Picklr Biloxi! Went home with the silver medal 🥈 Kudos to the team for pulling it off after a short notice Tonya Strobridge, Shelly Martin Morrison and Patch Heard
Over the weekend I played in the 2nd annual charity pickleball tournament organized by Stone High School Tennis Team in Wiggins, Mississippi with Tee Sutton!! Yes! We defended the trophy won last year at the maiden tournament! I told the coach (pictured in the middle) to make our prizes ready for next year’s edition. The three-peat is on course!
