- little / No carbs & adding more fruit / protein into the diet
- Atleast 1 hour of a mental reset in the day (work break)
- 2-3 hour work focus sprints
- to do list notes to organize the day/week

Dead didnāt want to upload this because my experience in Portugal was a complete 180 compared to the first time I came š but regardless, Portugal has beautiful views, culture etcā¦ still would recommend go.

2. Going to Belem, the entire city is beautiful
3. Castillo de SĆ£o Jorge ( in Lisbon, a deff recommend)
4. Lx Factory (just be on guard with bald head dude)
Food :
1. Time Out Market ( food vendors all over, a must)
2. Palacio Chiado (an amazing restaurant)
3. Nicolau Cafe
4. PraƧa Luis de CamƵes (amazing pasta/seafood)
Shopping :
1. The Feeting Room
2. Nude Project
3. Portuguese flannel
4. La Paz

Bruhā¦ I donāt even know what to say fr. I know it might seem like Iām milking it but as a kid with no direction, just a passion and a love for creating I just want this to be a reminder for someone in the same position I once was. I feel like Iām finally at a chapter in my life where I can confidently say Iām content with life and so grateful for everything especially the community Iāve built in L.A. Reminder - do wha makes You fulfilled, regardless of outside opinions.
