Just with a little more focus, patience and alignment.
What Iām learning & will keep in mind as I trot into the new year is:
- Building a business is hard on your own so savour & take note of the meaningful conversations with friends & family, colleagues and mentors / coaches - this is where inspiration is found
- Just because success hasnāt happened in the expected timeline, doesnāt mean you should quit - keep learning & trucking as far as you can afford to (a wise friend told me today)
- Managing time, boundaries and expectations (of your own) is tough but is essential and bloody great skills to master!!
So a reminder to ask yourself what youāve learnt and will take forward into the year šāØ
