Here’s a classic flavour from our Hastings fudge pantry - Rum ‘n’ Raisin! This fudge flavour is made in the same way since 1987 - real dark rum is poured into our copper pans, just before the fudge is poured onto the slab.

A new chapter for Roly’s Fudge Barnstaple!
Roly’s Fudge in Barnstaple has moved from the Pannier Market to 10 Holland Walk.
After many years of running Roly’s Fudge Barnstaple and being a part of Roly’s Fudge history, Maggie has retired from Roly’s Fudge.
Taking over are the owners of Roly’s Fudge in Ilfracombe who have relocated the fudge pantry to its new home.
